Large game hunter/camp knife, spalted cherry

A little bigger blade and a little larger handle. Recycled from 3/16th thick lumber mill circular saw steel ( 8670 tool steel) from an old South Oregon saw mill. Oil heat treated, tempered, special etched and polished. A little file work on the spine.

  • Handle is stabilized spalted cherry wood. Fittings are copper with mosaic pin, black liners.
  • Over all length is 10 inches long with a 4.75 inch cutting edge, not including finger groove.
  • Knife is held secure with custom tooled heavy weight leather sheath.
  • Includes sharpening strop to maintain razor sharp edge
