6 inch Custom Cleaver, walnut

A nice medium sized cleaver with etched mountain peaks on  old recycled circular saw (8670 tool steel) from a mill in Southern Oregon, just under 3/16th thick, reground, oil heat treated, tempered . Blade is flat ground with a convex edge,  steel hardness 59-60 Rc

• Over all length is 11.5 inches with a cutting edge a little over 6 inches.   Weighs 1 lb.  2 oz.
• Handle is stabilized walnut with raised copper pins
• Sharpening strop is included, see my " Knife Care" page on how to keep the razor sharp edge.
