Handmade from scratch using lumber mill circular saw steel (8670 carbon tool steel). Steel is reground, oil heat treated, tempered and etched. The steel is very similar to our Moms dark kitchen knives that worked so well, easy to sharpen to really sharp.

- Chefs knife is 12 inches over all, cutting edge just under 7.5 inches
- Paring is 8.5 inches over all, cutting edge 3.5 inches.
- Camp/chef is 11.5 over all, cutting edge just over 6.5 inches
- Handle is Bolivian rosewood with black liners and darkened copper fittings.
