From my shop in the mountains of North Idaho this piece is crafted from recycled old Oregon lumber mill saw steel (8670 tool steel 3/16th thick). Reground, oil heat treated, tempered and etched.
Handle is Arizona ironwood burl with beautifully colored grain, darkened copper finger guard and raised pins. Tapered tang. Spacer is mammoth ivory
Over all length is 8.75 inches, 4 inch cutting edge. Filework on the spine.
Heavy weight leather sheath is hand carved and wet molded to hold the knife secure, fits snug into the sheath.
