Recycled from Idaho lumber mill saw steel, 8670 tool steel was originally imported from Europe to many of the Northwest lumber mills, made to cut wood all day, every day, it holds a great edge while being easy to resharpen by stropping with the strop provided. Over all length is just under 8.25 inches, cutting edge is 3.75 inches
Handle is bocote wood from S. America, spacer is reconstituted tourquoise, copper fittings.
Horizontal carry heavy leather sheath is wet molded, knife "pops" in and is held secure.
