From my shop in the mountains of North Idaho. Old lumber mill saw steel is reborn. Reground, oil heat treated and etched. A Idaho elk tine is matched up with African blesbok horn and copper. Inset in the butt of the knife is a piece of textured copper matching the aged copper fittings. A really nice piece with an acid etch and a little file work on the spine.
Full hidden tang construction, flat to convex ground edge.
Over all length is 10.75 inches, 5.5 inch long blade with a 5.125 inch cutting edge. 1.5 inch wide blade is crafted from 3/16 thick 8670 tool steel.
Custom leather sheath is hand tooled and wet molded.
Includes sharpening strop.
