Just finished. Your choice on these nice paring blades. All 3 are  8.25 inches long, 3.75 inch cutting edges. Crafted from recycled Idaho lumber mill saw steel, 8670 carbon tool steel is easy to sharpen, see the short sharpening video on my "Knife Care" page.
