Handmade from 1/8th thick industrial circular saw steel, recycled from a North Idaho lumber mill. Etched tool steel (8670) is oil heat treated and tempered making a razor sharp edge that is easy to resharpen with the strop provided. Finger groove to choke up on allows for a bigger blade in a smaller package. Slightly upswept blade works well for everything, it's the blade shape I carry. I use mine for everything like cutting rope, gutting a fish and dressing out an elk.
Handle is stabilized figured maple with reconstituted dark lapis stone and copper fittings.
Over all length is 7.75 inches, 3.5 inch cutting edge.
Horizontal carry leather sheath. I wet form it to conform to the knife for a snug fit. Worn on the left front for right hand draw, concealable under a long shirt.
