Slicer/Dicer, figured maple

A little shorter than my regular chefs blade.  This one also is crafted from recycled Idaho lumber mill saw steel. The steel is reground, oil heat treated, tempered and etched. Sharpened to a razors edge.

• Handle is stabilized figured maple, a nice piece with lots of character goes with the textured blade. Raised copper pins.
• Over all length is 9.75 inches, cutting edge is 5.5 inches.
